- Prospect & Campaign Metadata: Contact details, job titles, public professional activities, and conversation logs processed by agents such as LevList, LevLink, and LevMail to personalize outreach on your behalf.
3. How We Use Information
We process collected data exclusively for legitimate commercial purposes, including:
- Orchestrating autonomous sales agents according to your configured playbooks and ICP scoring criteria.
- Generating grounded message drafts, connection notes, and email replies matching your brand voice.
- Monitoring intent triggers, company hiring announcements, and stack reviews via LevSignal.
- Enforcing safety thresholds, pacing limits, and compliance checks via LevGuard.
- Delivering weekly performance digests, approval notifications, and customer support.
4. AI Privacy & Model Training Isolation

Levkai operates strict multi tenant architecture with tenant data fencing. We will never sell your customer records or prospect information to third party data brokers, nor do we allow your proprietary company data, email replies, or internal playbooks to be incorporated into foundational AI training datasets.
5. Third Party Integrations & Google/LinkedIn Data
When connecting Google Workspace or Gmail accounts to LevMail or LevReply, Levkai adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, Levkai uses Google Workspace data solely to send requested email campaigns and detect incoming prospect responses to pass context to your designated reply agent. We do not transfer this data to external ad networks or use Google user data for advertising purposes.
6. Data Security & Retention
We implement robust technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse:
- All communications and data in transit are secured using TLS 1.3 encryption.
- Database records and sensitive OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256 standards.
- Continuous logging, role based access control, and periodic vulnerability reviews.
We retain account and campaign data for as long as your workspace remains active. If you close your account, your data will be queued for permanent deletion within 30 days, unless retention is legally required.
7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your geographic location, you may have specific statutory privacy rights under regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
